How the test works.
About 15 minutes on camera, on your phone or computer. Your report arrives by email.
Take the free testBefore you start · 2 minutes
- 1 · Sign in. With your email or Google, so your report always reaches you.
- 2 · Check your setup. Camera, light, sound and connection, each with a tick when it is fine.
- 3 · Three quick questions. Your age range, your gender, and your first language.
- 4 · Agree to be measured. One box, for your face and voice.
The session · about 15 minutes
- 1 · Read a short passage. Out loud, to warm up.
- 2 · Answer questions in your own words. What you think, things you remember, choices you would make. There are no wrong answers.
- 3 · Finish when you like. After about 10 minutes you can stop. Keep going and your report gets sharper. The session ends at one hour.
You can pause at any time. It is one take, and it does not need to be perfect.

Your report
We make it in the background, which takes from a few minutes to about an hour, and email you when it is ready. You can close the page.

Have a video already?
You can upload one instead: 10 minutes or more of you talking, in one take, from one angle, with no music. Before it is measured, you record 5 seconds live, reading one line on screen, so we know the person in the video is you.
Questions
Phone or computer?
Either. A phone works best on a stand or a steady surface.
What if I’m nervous on camera?
Most people are at first. There are no wrong answers, and you can pause.
What if my connection drops?
Your video saves on your device as you record and uploads in the background, so you lose nothing.
Can I take it again?
Yes, any time. Then compare two of your sessions to see what moved and what held.
Is this a medical test?
No. It describes how you come across and behave, never a condition.
