The questions it answers

  • How do I come across in an interview?
  • How do I sound when I answer?
  • What does the interviewer see while I talk and listen?
  • Do my answers get to the point?
  • Which kind of interview shows me at my best?
  • What should I change before my next interview?

From a sample report

You smile often and in a natural way while you talk with someone.

  • Upside: Your smile while you greet the interviewer and answer the first question makes the talk warmer from the start.
  • Downside: When you smile during a hard question, the panel thinks you are not taking the question seriously.

You come across as lively when you talk.

  • Upside: The panel stays interested through long answers and listens to the end.
  • Downside: The panel takes your energy as excitement and misses how carefully you think.
